No, No, No I did not forget Beverly Posson. I have been waiting for an obituary to be certain I knew what I was talking about. That would be a new one!

Roger Blume and Mark VonLeonrod called me and told me that Beverly Posson died early this week. Her husband, David Posson, died in September, 2012. I was looking forward to giving her jazz this summer about good times with her and David. She would have liked it, but I did not get to do it.

Just ain't right! Hey give us some comments below on what you remember about Beverly and David. What the hell are the Norton bunch gonna do without em????

Thanks for the comments on mom, aka, Bev. Also thanks so much for the tremendous show of support to mom from the car enthusiast community over the past 6 months (25 years??), which had so graciously adopted mom & dad into their own families and circles of friends, and of course HA's. Mom was perhaps the largest inspiration behind most of the projects that dad undertook. He enjoyed showing off his creations to her, and she revelled in talking about them. She especially took joy in quite simply tagging along and being Dave's lifetime sidekick at whichever or whereever he decided to point that rod and go park at a car show to chat and catch up with the locals, old friends, etc. I'm planning to sell my home up in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and when it does sell I'll put my career up there into long term 'hold' and move back into mom & dad's farmhouse here in Norton. So in a way, I will endeavor to slide into and try to help fill that huge gap gap left within the NW Kansas Cruisers! Blessings to all of you HA's out there! ;-) Mike Posson
