I TOOK A TRIP TO BURLINGTON, COLORADO, JUNE 30, 2012, FOR THEIR SUMMER CELEBRATION SHOW. WHILE THERE FRANK LUND (LONG TIME KKOA MEMBER) GAVE ME A TOUR OF HIS SHOP, SHED OR BUILDING. HERE IS A SHOT OF THE BUILDING TODAY.

IN THE SIXTIES (OBVIOUSLY) ANOTHER PICTURE WAS TAKEN WHEN A FAMILY PURCHSED SEVERAL CARS FROM SIM-HUDSON CHEVROLET. THIS IS A PICTURE OF A PICTURE SO IT AIN'T GOOD. IT ALSO HAS FRANK'S PICTURE, I WILL LET YOU BE THE JUDGE.

Ok, we be inside! As you can see Frank ain't all cars. Check these radios and other electronics and how about the cash register and picture of Marilyn!

Here is some of Frank's car treasurers. First you see his 1957 Cadillac which won the 1998 Americruise Diehard Award in Aspen Colodaro. Still looks good. This is in the front showroom. Now move into the room or shop area and see Corvairs, and 1958 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham. Over in the right hand upper corner sets that 1958 Cadillac with stainless top, sucide rear doors, stock air ride, memory seats and more. Don't miss the VW Bug and 1956 Ford Sedan.

Next is a 1960 Chevy that Frank has driven for many year to many KKOA shows.

I know you were wondering about the red orange fins in the forefront of the above pix. If you guessed it you are good. This is a 1957 Desoto.

How about one more? Here is a 1968 Covair Spyder being customized. The front end is started with 1960 Buick Headlights and a 1961 Tempest style grill. Gonna be cool and at Salina KKOA in 2013.

I did not get a picture of a Yellow with a Black top convertible, 60's Rambler 4 door and 1978 Lincoln because they were at the show. In another room was a 1957 and a 1967 Chevy. In another building I remember another Corvair, 1950's Chevy, 1955 Chevy, and an El Camino, but my memory ain't good. We have come to an end. Thanks Frank.
